CD player Out To MPC Input.

Yo, :D

I have a CD player and I would like to be able to connect to my MPC 1000.
I did so using an RCA to RCA jack.
So I've just done the way how I connect my turntable.
But if I use my turntable is a great soundtrack .....
But my CD player comes with all noise and no sound nice ...
How do I fix this?

the MPC doesn't have RCA inputs ???

are you going via a mixer?

turntables usually need to be connected through a phono preamp, but the CD player shouldn't be

so if you were using the"phono" input of a mixer for your turntable, don't use that for the CD player, connect the CD player directly to the MPC, or to the mixer's "line" input

yes, or using the leads that poundaproblem showed.

but you didn't answer the important question, are you using the phono preamp for the cd player?

the leads don't matter in this situation, if they fit then they're right, but whether you're using the phono preamp matters A LOT - the phono preamp is ONLY for the turntable
