HOW DO YOU SET THE MASTER OR SLAVE FOR THE MPC1000 TO THE MPK88? 
I will not go into complete set up.Connect the proper midi connections. Out A MPC in MPK.Out MPK in A MPC.Mode pad 9 (MPC), sync button,set sync out to MIDI CLOCK.MPK Page 35 in the manual.Do not own
a MPK ( It took 2 Seconds to find it in the manual on line search).Hope this helps.TYPO
