Sequence wont save to MPC and 16 bit wav.samples doesn't sho

I have a mpc 1000 with the JJ os 3.08ver.a 2gb CF Card and a 100gb HD. Lately when I tried to save new sequences or programs(the created drum kit for the project) to either the memory card or external hard drive, I get filed already exist. I try to rename it and get the same thing.also when iI tried to download new samples via usb connection or by loading the CF card into my card reader, it doesn't show up on the memory card or hard disk. It show its been saved on the card or hd on my computer, but not in the MPC.I tried reformatting both still nothing.I also tried rebotting the MPC again nothing.Any Help?? Please...

i'm not sure that u can save into the internal memory of the mpc, its only for the OS and internal pgm
