i have a Yamaha psr-450 keyboard. And i want to sample some tones from it and use them on my mpc 1000 as a program. just like when you use midi the whole program is a midi program on the mpc1000, i want to sample my tones and make one program just like a midi program only inside the mpc 1000.i dont know how to explain this!!! but let me tell you what i mean.
For example when i'm using midi my channel is 4A.
now when i change the drum program all the way up to(eg) NO. 12
AND when i hit the pad from bank A to B the same tone from the keyboard is being played on the pads.
NOW!!! what i want to do instead of using the keyboard to midi the tone and play the performance through the keyboard.I want to sample this tone in the mpc 1000 as a midi program and record the performance with the keyboard and the sound comes out of the mpc1000.

I hope you can understand me.

I'm trying to understand
you mean sample then play the Yamaha psr-450 keyboard samples on mpc instead of Yamaha psr-450 keyboard???
if so 16 Levels in tune mode - preset is set to velocity usually
so hit 16LEVELS then choose sample from Yamaha psr-450 keyboard.
and still send midi to Yamaha psr-450 keyboard seperatly as another track. i do the same
