when I'm programing i want the end of my seq to end and little bit more earlier then before. For (eg) my seq is (4 bars ) and when it play start from (001.01.00) i want it to stop at (003.04.30) how do i do this ?

Why do you want to do this?You can delete all notes and end with a short pause or realize you just set
your sequencer to a 4 bar pattern.
