Ok, so i'm interesred in finding out peoples opinions on the quality of the reverb in the 1000, so.....
1) Enter the words 1000 and Reverb in the keywords section of the search menu, Ok...
2) Select forum Mpc1000, Ok...
3) Select field, Technical, Ok...

Now surely after submitting that kind of information i should not have returned results for the 3000,60 forum???
Either i am totally missing the point or there is a serious flaw with this search page.
Can anyone help me on this?

I got 12 results for the search 'MPC1000 AND reverb'. Please read the search instructions on how to use the boolean functions and you'll find the search works fine :)

My choices in the "Search Options" section have never been respected. Typing in "MPC1000 AND reverb" as you have and selecting "MPC1000" as the forum in "Search Options" then clicking Search I get 13 results.

38% of the results are not from the MPC1000 forum...

Would you mind sharing with the rest of us how you achieved this as your post was not too informative.
Also i have tried the search engine again using the words,
"MPC1000 AND REVERB" and selecting the 1000 forum but there is clearly an error with the system if you specify a particular forum, and are returned results for other forums!

everyone gets so defensive about the search enginge, i always thought maybe i was the only one who had problems with specifing forums for the search function.

no matter what forum i select to search it always gives me results from ALL the forums.

ehh...whatever. at least i know i'm not going crazy.

Yeah, you're not the only one, it just don't work right.
I think with a bit of trial and error it will eventually give you what you're looking for.
It's just annoying that it gives you stuff from other forums that you didnt select
