Hello, i played the MPC1000 Live and i got a problem with the next Sequence option, cause
the function its not enough for me to play Live.

Is it possible to work with the track mute of another Sequence during play the first Sequence.
I want to mix two Sequences with the Track mute of both.

Sorry about my English, i´m German.
Thank you for a answer

I don't think it is possible.

You could always use two MPC's to achieve the effect. :(

can't you just copy some parts and programme of first sequence into your next sequence as kind of a 'bridge loop' when setting up your set then bring in the new parts with track mute?

I know what you're on about. I had that situation myself, a couple of times. And unfortunatley I don't think it's possible.. Would be really cool though, as it would make life alot easier sometimes.
The best way really is to make a bridge sequence, as ur man said above.
This involves some planing, so on the down side; you can't freestyle your bridge. (which, I guess, is what you want to do).

Otherwise you could have both sequences in one sequence.
Simply keep the tracks that are supposed to be in the second sequence muted. ( you have 64 tracks, that should be enough).
Just make shure you name your tracks properly to avoid cunfusion.
For instance you could name 'em : Bassseq1, Drmseq1, Bassseq2, Drmseq2 ... and so on..

Wit this method you have it all in one seq, ergo in one track mute screen, and you can switch quite quickley.

Hope this helps..

If you have any language difficulties, PM me ( Ich kann auch deutsch)

Ok, thank you everybody. There are a lot of good answers. I will try it, maybe
the guy from jjos make it possible that you have a Preview Window from the next Sequence with Track Mute before the next Sequence started.
