HOW DO I CLEAR A BEAT

AFTER I LOAD A BEAT IN MY MPC 1000 AND I WANT TO PLAY A NEW BEAT I JUST LOAD IT BUT WHEN I LOAD THE SECOND BEAT, PART OF THE FIRST BEAT STARTS TO PLAY. SO WHAT I WANT TO KNOW HOW DO I CLEAR THE FIRST BEAT?

you want to create a new sequence. Sounds like you are just adding an extra track to the current sequence.

heres a good idea:

create an empty project with all your settings or whatever the way you want em. save the project under a folder called 'blank' and load that project when you want to start with a clean slate
