Issue with loading samples

I have a song saved in a folder with all its samples and programmes and sequences. There are 3 programmes on 3 tracks in the song but when I load the project up, one of the programmes only loads one out of 24 of the samples I have assigned each time! I have to load the programme after loading the whole project (which as far as I know should load up all the saved samples!!) The one that loads happens to be the first sample on A01 but the rest of the samples have a ? on them on the programme. When I scroll through the list of samples, they are not there though they are in the folder for the song!!!

Am I missing something here? My MPC 1000 has 128 mb ram and a 2GB card with JJOS2xl loaded as well. I have tried everything bar making the offending programme from scratch again.
