My pads are dying on my 1000. Is there anyway to make my mpd32 trigger the mpc?

Definitely not possible. Unless...........
You will need the following:
1. A new MPC, any model
2. A firewire cable
3. An SCSI card reader
4. Two copies of any manual
5. A pack of floppy discs
6. None of the above
7. A MIDI cable

The correct order is 6 and then 7 and if that doesn't work go back to 6, it's definitely the correct step.

Because it's easier to ask then experiment.

Well let me clear this up, if you had any real interest in knowledge gain, you'd go and gain knowledge, not ask for it.
Most of the time you'd be told to find out on your own, I happened to throw you a bone. Next time I won't bother, and you can be left with equipment that has been rendered useless by your own lazyness.

The point is you don't want to obtain knowledge, you want to be given answers. Two very different attitudes.
MIDI cables are dirt cheap and readily available. There are replacement pads available for the 1000 from MPCstuff.com.
