Is there any REC GAIN, MAIN VOLUME or Data wheels that aren't manufactured by Akai. Cooler looking and not so low quality, non-plastic wheels?

There's a custom 1000 thread floating around with a few mpcs with aftermarket knobs...I'd check there.
