assignable output question

i read the manual, but i dont recall it mentioning my question....

Can you combine your closed hats, open hats, crash cymbals and snares to ALL output through the same assignable output?

Then send your kick drum and bass drum out of the 2nd assignable output and so on and forth?

basically, can you combine multiple sounds within your beat to output from the same assignable output?

because this would make it easier to apply the same reverb or effects to these sounds and also save A LOT of room on the mixer.

thanks for the quick reply, not sure if i remember anyone on any forum mentioning if you can apply more than one sound to the same assignable out. i read the manual 3-4 times over and it didnt mention it anywhere.

has anybody here been able to do this?


this wouldnt be that big of a deal if i had an mpc 2500, which could get 10 mono outs, if you treated the L and R outputs as mono. but for now, im rollin with only a 1000

props on reading the manual, but if you just tried it youd realise in 2 seconds that yes you can assign as many pads as you want to an output.

so yes you can assign all cymbals to out 4, all bassdrums to out 1, all snares to out 3, etc.

go on the program u want to asign hit mode the mixer the i thinks its f2 and go to the top hit the pad u want to assigen the spin your wheelyo to wat ever output u want the hit another pad to do the same hope this helps btw thats on the 1000 not sure about the others but its prob somthing simalar
