Need help with MPC 1000 Plus Ableton Live to make a remix

What I'm trying to do is create a beat in professional song format and add an acapella and some scratches to create a remix.

So, let's say I program a beat sequence of 8 bars which includes chopped drums and samples in MPC 1000. I would like to know how I can record them on separate tracks and arrange them in Ableton Live. I'm pretty new to Ableton Live, so bare with me. Thank you in advance.
