MPC1000 with 128MB (64mb) module error (not EXM128)

Hi!
I got an 128 mb infineon CL3, 133 MHz module (i know it must be 256, but this is what i got). The MPC reads 64mb, but it fails during memtest at pass 4 (88000000). There is a way to skip the memtest?

you got the wrong RAM. just buy one that is compatible and stop trying to dodge that fact.
