I've been using my mpc1000 (JJOSXL 3.16) with a 8GB Patriot CF card, normal speed. Pretty slow when it comes to long samples. Now I tried a new card, a 32GB 200X speed, not much of a difference. So the question is: If I would get the HD mounting kit and a CF to IDE adapter, do you think this would be faster than using the card slot?
