Data wheel

Anyone know if the 1000 can use the 2000 or 2xl's jog wheel
I think I seen on the net some where that the mpc 1000 can swop with a 2500 jog
Wheel and a 2xl but it was sketchy

Anyone got any info on this

So the 1k can only use a 1k wheel

a few people have found random knobs from other equipment that seemed to fit ok, but i don't think anyone ever found one that was PRECISE on the mpc1000... you'll usually see modded data wheels being a little over sized or just a little too small... back when i was into customizing my MPCs, the data wheel was by far the hardest part... i tried like 5 different ones to no avail... i ended up deciding the original data wheel ain't that bad after all... in the long run, i actually like the data wheel on the 1000 better than the one on the 2500.

My favorite jog is the 4k, just love the buttons and wheel as one.

I was trying to strip some paint I put on em
And I guess the thinner was so strong
