saving troubles

whenever i make a beat and go to save i opt 4 save entire memory and name it. but the thing thats bugging me is when i make a new beat and save entire memory ,whenever i try to open up the old beats its no longer there. whats the problem? iv called every new beat something else and used different samples, do i need to give every sample in different beats different names instead of calling them all sample 1, sample 2 etc, was thinking that might have something to do with corrupting my old beats. I'm using jjos. any help would b appreciated. sorry 4 the bad english

that has everything to do with the problem here... you need to create a new folder for each project you're working on, and then save entire memory into that folder... if not your samples will keep getting overwritten with the new ones [unless you actually take the time to name each and every sample manually]... but simply creating a folder is the easy work-around to not having to do that...

thanks for the help!! was scared to start any new beats!! i think i go with with creating a new folder when saving entire memory.

If you have a computer, back up EVERYTHING via usb and format your memory card after every project. It's an extra step but beats the guesswork.
