NEED HELP WITH PAD VOLUME!!

Hey, I have a used MPC1000 (blue and red) and I want to know how to make each pad the same volume level?

I have FULL VOLUME turned on too, which is the weird part, and the PAD SENSITIVITY is at its full level as well...

One pad will be very loud and another pad will have an effect turned on? Another pad will be extremely quite and another one will be only coming out of the right speaker?

I just want to know how to make each pad the same volume.

Use the onboard mixer to adjust the pad levels till it sounds right.
Make sure when you sample that the level is near enough as high as it will go without going OVER and clipping.
I think MPC 1000 has a normalise function. If the Akai OS doesn't have it, I bet the JJ OS will. Use that to bring the samples up to the same level.
Bear in mind that samples that have been heavily compressed may sound louder than those that have had no compression.
