Lost Projects

I saved 3 Projects the other day but when i turned on the MPC today and loaded one of them all of the data was gone apart from one stupid ass sequence i can't even remember writing. All of the projects appear on the CF card but all the data in the projects has changed. Has this happened to anyone else? This machine has a mind of it's own. I've only had it a couple of weeks and already i'm not sure about it

that happened to me at first but i started saving in folders -all program and samples, and allsequence and songs. for each song. icouldnt get the data back though but open them on a computer and it might be there.
