Multiple Programs?

Hi all, I searched the forum for any insight on this and came up empty. I have a 4000 currently and I'm thinking about getting a MPC1000 for live purposes.

How many internal programs can be used simultaneously per sequence on the 1000? On the 4000 I can use 128, on the 2000xl I could only use 4.

It's 24 Programs on the MPC1000, 32-note polyphony.
Note: you only have Live control of one Program at a time, whether from the Pads or external MIDI. Any more means using the (powerful IMHO) internal sequencer.

The Akai International page has more specs, and you can even download the manual if you like, it helped me with my purchase decision...
