Hitting pad change mixer settings

Hi

When I hit a pad in mixer-mode, the pan and level will change for that pad. Fx panning to right and turning down the level..

Its the same thing with the other pads

Is it time to replace pads maybe??

not the pads... turn off the q-links maybe...
