Damn ugly metronome

There is one thing i dont like about the mpc1000, the metronome! it is a ugly and peaky sound. Is it possible to switch it to another sound?

Definitely. Go to a new track and record your own,
The MPC isn't much more than a highly programmable metronome ;)

thats true, but the standard metronome cant be changed?
but your way is very easy as well
