in trim mode i noticed when you go to the loop mode or whatever and play it it will give it a click but when i stay out of the loop mode it goes fine. there two buttons trim and loop in trim mode if you dotn ever press that loop button or f2 or soemhtign you wont get clicks at least i dont.

Do what homie said about turning off loop in trip mode.
I had the same problem w/ 1 bar .WAV loops until I disabled
loop in trim mode. Just use the loop feature in trim mode to make sure you chopped it up right, so that it's sample-accurate. When it loops right, turn it off and BANG, no more sh***y-ass clicks in sequences or songs.

the only time I've ever(once or twice) gotten clicks is when the sample wasn't chopped enough or was cut down too much..

I guess I have a good 1000 :)

Haha. Same here man. I read all about this clicking but the only time i notice a click is if my sample is to long or to short.

Yes i used to get the clicks on occasion.
As I have previously mentioned..... sometimes the click is not noticeable until exiting trim mode and hitting the pads in main mode. To fix it I just go back into trim and shorten (or lengthen) the sample start and/or end. Then I listen in MAIN not trim to hear the changes etc...

Seems like lots of complainers on here. Even with glitches, the MPC is pretty ill for the $. I used to mess with beats on the Ensoniq EPS and I always got crazy clicks and there was no luxury of being able to see the waveform so it was all by ear etc.. I used to think that it was the biggest pain in the ass and I would constantly get frustrated. But then I would consider how many producers used the EPS and made full albums etc.. Wu-Tang, Nonce, etc...

So I think it's not the machine so much as it is the operator.
Patience and technique is key.
Peace,
Al
