It's weird, is it happening simply because I'm sampling from the source?

You're feeding audio on cables from the outputs back to the inputs? If you are... then it would seem pretty obvious why you're getting feedback. Try changing your record source.

nah i think u need ot turn monitor off in the sample screen then u wont get that or turn mpcs fader off.
