Samples not triggering = call AKAI

I just spoke to akai product support US and told them about the occassional samples not triggering during sequence playback. They said they havent heard about this. Also they said if enough people call about the problem and if Akai themselves can recreate the problem in there office then they would try and fix the problem.
So yo--- call them AKAI pro 401-658-4032 ask for product support. Tell them you are having this problem-- I am sure if at least 10 people call them they will look into it, PEACE
