I tried to do my research and look around for what ram the MPC1000 needs, and the info I got said to look for PC133 144PIN CL3 SODIMM 256MB, with Samsung, and Hynix being known working brands. I picked up some ram according to this spec on ebay recently where they said they will send one of a number of brands (including those) so I'm not sure which I will actually get.
I hit up the seller just to double check on the spec and see if I could request a certain brand, but the one thing he said might matter is that their ram is high density, and depending on the hardware configuration high vs low density may make a difference. He was giving examples based on laptop hardware, but I assume it could still matter for the MPC(?)
Any info would be appreciated.
