I'm currently having a Volca Beats sync via MIDI clock to the MPC1000 running JJOS Free. I am able to have the Volca sync to the correct tempo, however when I hit "Play Start" in Song Mode, on the MPC the Volca starts playing right where it had previously left off rather than on beat 1 every time.
My theory is that the Volca receiving a "continue" message rather than a hard restart message, and my understanding was that hitting the "Play Start" button would send a message to have whatever slave sequencer restart at 1 like the MPC is doing....any help would be greatly appreciated.
