How can i use my mpc 1000 with my turntables using serato? whats the specific connections to use mpc as an add on when djing on stage
the sky is the limit and there is no specific way.
you can use the mpc to run alongside your mixing.
you could run your mix through the mpc and sample it.
you could sample scratches of timecode and feed those back into serato to really get funky.
at the most basic, just hook the mpc up line out into the line in on the mixer and use it as another sound source.
if you are trying to hook your technics into your mpc, you will need some sort of preamp. your dj mixer has preamps built in.
