default sample trim cursor position

sorry for the horrible title and possibly dumb question:

is there a way to change the default cursor position at the trim screen? it always defaults to the lowest increment. so, every time i trim a sample, i need to do the "shift+left cursor", then adjust. not a huge deal, but i figure there must be a way to change it.

for anyone reading this having a similar problem, i updated the OS to the free JJOS to resolve this issue. With JJOS, sample increments are based on the zoom level. exactly what i was looking for.
