I have noticed that there is insufficient memory when I try to assign samples from the flash card. I have entire kits on the card, yet I can't get them to the pads. Is there a way to clear the internal memory? Thanks for your time.

It is in your manual. I am not 100% sure of the steps, but first you need to go to where ever the autoload settings are. You then turn auto load off, and when you reboot, it should be empty. Im not sure if that erases what is in there though??? let me know what you find...

Just get a more memory for ram, ITs not that much money and its well worth it. Trust me its a must have.

Clearing the memory won't give you more wave memory to load stuff, wave memory will stay at 11.4 , you just get some space to save samples and stuff into the internal memory.
I'd go with the memory upgrade , i ordered it too and i'll have it next wednesday.
Greetz...

I beg to differ, it depeds on whether autoload is on.. if the sounds have loaded up thats less memory to load other waves.. the only way to clear is to turn autoload off and reboot.. as mentioned..

thank you terrorist proph. just turn it off, so when you turn it on, the 16MB (which really you should get 128) will all be available. Im going to load my favorite Drum kit into flash mem, so i will never lose it.
