Lack of space. I live in a 22sqm apartment together with my girlfriend, so it's pretty cramped. USB transfer was a big reason too.

how did the 2000 take up "too much" room? i know the 1000 is smaller, but still... anyway, you made a good choice. I was using my friends 2000 for a while, and when i got my 1000, i would never want anything else (until im a millionaire).

Lack of desk space. Two computers, synthesizers, a printer... it all adds up.
