HELP with this PLZ

i bought my mpc1000 about a week ago..i poped the memory card in recently and it came with all the new drum kits on it (top set etc..) so anyways first off i want to know how to transfer some drum kits off the memory card to the internal memory or vice versa...
2nd question is when i didnt have the mem card in i used to be able to save my sequences on internal memory and when i restart the machine my work is saved still..but with the memory card in i try to erase the sequences that came with it to free memory, and when i save my work while memory cards in it doesnt save properly when i restart machine...my work is not there and all the sequences are back

i only have 16mb memory installed...where can i buy extra memory? is it easy to install myself?

i just find it wack that the same procedure i do to save my work when theres no card in works, an wen the cards in and i do the same shit but save it to the card it doesnt work...or to the internal memory for that matter
