faulty F4 F5 F6

the F4 F5 and F6 buttons of my top pc board doesn't work..
I bought a new top pc board on mpc stuff but it doesn't fix my problem.`
the 5 pins connector wire on the right side pc board is in good condition

If you did all of that try reset to factory? Update the OS? Try the JJOS?
