Pads randomly triggering them selves

Just got this unit off ebay (2days ago), was serviced recently apparently, the pads just randomly trigger them selves rapidly, tried taking the case off ect, removing ram and putting it back in, removed the full sensor its self and put it back in and still does it. Pretty sure its the sensor thats gone now

You have the old pad version or new pad version?

All pads trigger themselves or particular ones?

If you need a pad upgrade, it's probably about $150 on mpcstuff

If you need a new sensor sheet, it's less than that. And if it's only a particular pad or two then you can try to salvage the pad sheet you already have with some tricks.

Clean the sensor sheet with a damp cloth.
