Which computer software has timestretch??

Happy Halloween everybody!

I was considered buying the MPC 1000 instead of the MPC 2000XL but I really like the time stretch feature of the 2000. If I purchased the 1000, what computer programs could I use for time stretch (without affecting the key)

soundforge, cool edit, recycle has a timestretch too.

i use adobe audition (cool edit) i use time stretch all the time. but after a little bit, i mean theres always a limit, it will get distorted, and effect the key
