JJOS password issue

Hey everybody, just got the password to upgrade my MPC1000 to JJOS2XL, but for some reason I can’t type on my pads or select letters with the data wheel. So I’m not able to enter the password. I’m still able to rename sequences with no problem. Any advice of why this is happening?

Never seen or heard that before. Shoot JJ a mail, he probably be able to help you out.
