Best Practice for Saving Sequences and programs

I know this question was asked before but i could not find any answers to my specific question

I have a big project and I just want to be able to make a new sequence, make some changes to my program and then just save it FAST with a different program name (without replace). So i can have different variations.

The way that i am doing it now is load the project > duplicate sequence ex. seq2 > duplicate used programs ex drums2 > then asssign new programs to all needed tracks. This is a very time consuming and sometimes i just wanna start jamming right away, not spend 5 minutes for each start of session, would be nice to be able to save it as new at the end or make a whole save, not for each track one by one.

I don't wanna save it as new project as i have 100 mb of samples and that will eat up my memory very fast, i don't wanna replace samples either as that will take even more time. I just want fast variations of programs and sequences...

On analog rytm i copy pattern, go to new pattern, paste it there, save the kit as as new kit and i am ready to go... i can make changes without destroying my previous seq or kit... and when i need to save i just hit yes + pattern and yes + kit and that's all, it takes less then 30 seconds.

I dont know if I understand correctly what you are asking. But I answer just in case this could be helpful:
You can copy a program with the "WINDOW" button and then edit it. I mean for example PROGRAM 1 copy it and then filter the samples and you have PROGRAM 2 with the same samples filtered (or whatever you want to do to the OG Samples).
And once you finish working on your beat/beats and want to save the work, always Save: ENTIRE MEMORY to a specific folder. Then while loading you load the project you want from the folder. But always Save ENTIRE MEMORY while working on a beat on different ocassions. That worked great for me and no more loading saving problems for me. Peace

I save by date, in unique folders.

So for October i will have its own folder named:

OCT24A

then if i make a different batch of sequences, programs, then i save it as OCT24B

I never make so many that i go through the entire alphabet. Then the next month is NOV24A, NOV24B, etc

Now i have another folder named DRUMS. Again, i will subdivide the folder but i will give the folders names of drumsets which is sometimes a date or the name of the drum machine i sampled from in combo with the date. Here i will save my favorite drum programs so i can load them later to utilize elsewhere or repeat use on projects.

I have another folder named SAMPLES. Here i will save samples that i have not assigned to a program and don't know what to do with and just want to stash for later. There's not really any sequences or programs saved in here. Just the wav files for the samples.

Then i back everything up via USB once every couple months so as to not lose all the hard work or only lose a couple weeks worth instead of losing everything. Redundancy in data backed up to different locations and devices.
