help me out plz

i jus got an mpc 1000 and i have an keyboard its an concertmate i bought cable outlets for it but how do i get the keyboard sounds in the mpc to make a melody

plz read da manual. I'm not being f$#ked up here. Believe me it explains how to record into your mpc, and do what ever you need to do from there.

i did read it i went right to tha page then after that i got lost so i needed some one else help its hard to understand 4 me cause all i eva used was fl and i'm jus stuck on that all i do is need help on tha keyboard hook up i press the keys i don't even here it n the mpc
