Recommend a CF card reader and ULTRA II FLash?

Im at Buy.com.... and looking all over which ones were cheapest and worked best among you guys, and does Ultra II flash matter compared to regular standard... does it load and save faster then regular stuff

came in today, it works beautiful, soon as i plugged it in it came up, within 30 seconds, i transferd shit onto it and iw as makin some beats
