Volume when I transfer to WAV...

I have two questions...
1. When I put my finished product onto my computer by making it a sample(WAV) in my MPC and transferring it via USB, how come the volume is alot lower than that of which I recorded it? How can I make it louder?
2. My finished product has MIDI data in it with a VST from Cubase...How after the WAV is on my computer, can I get one WAV or MP3 with all the sounds together? (Basically my whole song with the MIDI VST's playing where there supposed to and all in one)

for your first question. normalize the finished product. cos its at line level.

dont know about the second one.

if youre resampling internally, make sure you turn the master volume (mode -> other) all the way up

play both your MPC and VST HOST into SF8.
