it wont turn on. i just get a blank screen, its not the contrast, ive tried that. i just get a blank green screen. ive tried to reload the os using the window button with no luck. what should i do? if it is broke where could i look to repair it. Anyideas? thanks

i take it you have tried to reset the machine? holding down erase on boot up. if not give it a shot

i just got mine a couple of days ago and i just get a blank green screen, I'm taking it back to samash.
