Anyone using the yamaha djx and the mpc1k?

If so, do the two work with each other well? will the mpc1k sequence the djx?

you can go wrong with the djx,my first keyboard when got started back in 1998,just seen one in the pawn shop for 100 bucks, but this what i would do, sample from djx(freak the sound first) into mpc 1000 and hit the 16 level, i like everything coming out of one box,

i use the djx with my 1k, its efficient for what i use it 4. its really the user that determines what the out come sounds like creatively. i use it as a sound module as wee as a controller. though i might add with some applications(e.g. Lounge lizard) the board seems to lack key sensitivity. other than that its dope. check out the first song in my link below, i did that whole think with tah combo and a lil sample.
