mixdown?

I was wondering if any one has any tips for the main EQ and compressor settings? I dont have a mixer so my only way to mix my song is thru resampling. So what im wonderin if any one has any good settings they use like what ratio and attack etc.... Also do u guys set your main volume at -12 or -6 or 0 any help would be greatly apreciated! thanks in advance

actually you can do a decent mixdown on the 1k. check this link, you might have to register but its worth it and doesn't take but a sec.

actually this might not help, now that i review it basically just goes over resampling. oh well.
