mpc sync with Fastlane-usb?(Plz read)

I would wanna know how to sync my MPC1000 with the Fastlane-usb so i can use cubase with the mpc.... Plus I wanna know how to midi sync with the Edirol midi keyboard controller PCR-30 to cubase also & tell me how to set up the midi cabel cuz i dont know if am doing it wrong

midi "handshake: MIDI IN >> MIDI OUT and MIDI OUT >> MIDI IN

then set MPC to receive MIDI sync, and set Cubase to send (transport>>sync options>>send midi clock>>select your interface

hit "T" to put sync online, then hit play in cubase and everything should work butters

ok i got half of it but how do i set up clockworks & how do i set the mpc to receive MIDI sync

some1 try braking with down for me cuz am lost now
also when am at the cubase serup what do i do but tell me everything again cuz brake it down
