did you make the pgm on the mpc or with an app on your computer?
if it was an app, sometimes they create glitchy pgm's
also, if you have a backup of the pgm on your PC try writing a fresh copy to your CF card

Are you using an old version of BlueBox or some other program creator? Because there are known problems with that.

That's really strange. I never had anything like that happen with any OS. Sometimes fluctuations in electric signal can cause problems like that too. If you live in an old building with old wiriing it may contribute to more crashes. It might be worthwhile to look into a Monster Power Bar.

Just a quick anecdote. I'm not saying this is the problem, but it might be related.
My first apartment was in an old ass building with some really poor wiring. Some of the electronics, especially more High Tech stuff like the DVD player would always act strange. I got a decent power bar to protect against spikes and regulate power flow to my components and it resolved the problems and weird behavior.
What you're experiencing may just be a one time thing. It happens. If it happens regularly....something ain't right, but don't panic thinking it's your machine, or you home is going to burn down from bad wiring. Try a really good power bar and see if that helps.

Im using the latest os and I've never created pgms on computers.
And my building is relative new.
It just crashed once but since then there is no crashes happened yet.
It may be just a rarely accidnetal thing.
I wish it won't do this when I m using it live.
