step edit mode on MPC 1000, batch edit?

Is there a way to do a batch edit on step mode?

I recorded a pattern of a sound one way. And then my pads got switched around, and I need a way to re-assign the pad that the sound was to the pad that the sound is. I've already done this by manually changing each event under step edit, but is there a way to do it in batches?

Not that I know of. You'll have to do each individual one. Or change the program to work with the sequence properly.
