I'm officially a 1000 man!!!

The UPS man just came today to bring my MPC 1000. I read a lil bit through the 1000 manual online and it looks like alot is still like my old MPC2000.
Now I have to get on there and test some compatibility with my old stuff.
Can't wait for V2.0 to come out!!!

my first avice is since you're already mpc literate, as soon as you know how to use this thing well, go make a beat in a public place. you will LOVE it, a whole new way to produce beats. i've found that making beats in the open air and away from my studio really lets me focus in.

one of my favorite features so far has to be recording the main out. I'm combing snares etc eq'ing them different and coming up with totally different sounds.
