Is this a good RAM for a mpc 1000?

i found another 1 on another website but it looks different.

I did and the specs are the same.
But i still think it's odd that on one picture there are 4 banks of memory and on the other picture there are 8 banks of memory.

Or is it upside down on one of the photo's?
