Ok, I've installed the hard drive, no prob. When I hook it up via USB, go to Mode>Load>USB, my Macintosh says"You have inserted a disk containing no volumes that Mac OSX can read. To continue with the disk inserted, click Ignore. My choices are Initialize, Ignore and Eject. Hitting Ignore then does just that - the HD is not recognized by my Powerbook G4. If I hit Initialize - it takes me to a setup where I can Format the drive(which I don't want to do 'cause its been formatted by the 1K ).
Does this mean Mac users are fu<ked? Is the drive formatted as Fat32? If so, Mac can read but not write on it. This sucks.
