Just noticed this today
I'm not sure if this came up in your video for hooking up the 1k with reason, Sparq, so i thought i'd say it anyway
:
If any of you have reason 3.0, and you want to use it as a sound module with the mpc1k as the master (mwah ha ha haaaa!) make sure if you use your master keyboard to connect the mpc with your pc, that on the sequencer in reason, you deselect the keyboard icon on the left hand side.
the reason being that reason uses all channels from the master keyboard to play a highlit track by default, so you will get all the mpc's tracks played by one instrument, making for an 'interesting' sound!
hope this helps
any questions/additional hints of your own/ridicule - i'm all ears.
